How do I get my tickets?
If you book and pay for a ticket online, we will sent you a confirmation within 24 hours by email. This ticket will be valid for travel on your tour or for admission to the particular attraction.
The price on my confirmation voucher is more than what I paid, will I be charged more?
We do offer discounts on many of our tours, if you book a discounted tour the voucher will always show the full price but you will not be charged any more than originally shown to you and this will be confirmed on your payment receipt from us. Like we have said, the price you see on the site is the price you pay!
What do you considor a Senior?
We offer Senior Rates for people over the age of 60 years.
I like your site, your tours and your prices but I want to book over the phone, can I do this?
Unfortunately, we can only make tour bookings online, however, we are always happy to answer email queries to answer any questions you may have prior to booking and our site is 256 bit High Grade Encryption Protected with GeoTrust Secure Socket Layer and we also use the Secure Google Checkout for booking processes to ensure your data is safe. If you wish to book over the phone you can call Evan Evans directly on 020 7950 1777 but you will not receive the discounts that are available online here.
Can I book a tour for tomorrow?
We are not able to take online bookings for the following day, but you can call Evan Evans Tours directly on 020 7950 1777 and check availability. Unfortunately you will miss out on any discounts as these are specific to online bookings through the London Sightseeing Tours website.
Do your tours include lunch?
Most tours do not include lunch - the only exception is "The Enchanting Cotswolds and Blenheim Palace" which includes a light lunch in the village of Burford. The "Discovering London" and "Leeds Castle, Canterbury and Dover" tours have the option for lunch, but this is not included in the tour price. For the other tours, we recommend that you bring sandwiches although you should have time to purchase something to eat at most of the stops.
Where can I get picked up for my tour?

Where will I get dropped off at the end of my tour?
Our Morning tours finish in either Trafalgar Square or Victoria. For our full day tours we offer convenient returns. Our guides will find out where everyone is staying in London, while on tour. Then they will plan a route through London that is convenient for you, or advise you how to take the Underground or Bus services back to your hotel.
What time will I return to London from our tour?
Morning tours finish no later than approximately 1.30pm. All our full day coach based tours should be finished by no later than 7pm. Traffic permitting. Our train tours return between 8pm and 10pm.
We include all entrance fees as stated on the tour page.
Whats not included?
We do not include lunch. This is so you can make the most for your time. Our guides will give you suggestions on what is available for lunch. Gratuities to guide and driver. Personal Items. Travel to and from Stations and your chosen pick up point.
Do your buses have toilets on board?
Unfortunately no. However, we do make regular stops, no more than 2 hours apart at most.
Can I take my luggage on tour with me?
If you need to take your luggage with you, then we can put this on the bus for you. There is also left luggage at Victoria Coach Station.
What happens if I need to cancel my tour?
On Full and Half day tours - a refund will be given up to 24 hours before departure.
Train Tours including Eurostar - No refunds can be made within 14 days of the tour departure.
Overnight Tours - 30 days or more before departure a £50 fee will be charged. Between 30 & 8 days before departure we will charge 35% of the total tour price. Between 7 & 1 days before departure we will charge 50% of the total tour price. On the day of the tour departure no refund can be given.
Can I make amendments to my booking?
We can make amendments up to departure time for coach based tours only. You can email the suppliers Evan Evans quoting your booking reference and giving us the details for the changes you wish to make.
If I lose something on tour can I get it back?
We will make every effort to get your lost property back to you. We may ask you to pay for any cost involved.
Are your tours suitable for wheelchair users?
We are able to take folding wheelchairs only on our buses. We do ask that you are able to climb the stairs on and off the coach with the aid of your helper. Our driver and guide can also assist.
